The free-to-play RPG Genshin Impact has arrived to the GeForce Now service via a limited beta. The game joins an incredible library of games available on the service, with more games coming later this month.Genshin Impact is the latest title to join the extensive list of games available on the GeForce NOW service, which allows players with less powerful PCs to take advantage of Nvidia’s cloud streaming technology to play games in their libraries on more powerful hardware, provided they have a strong enough internet connection.The official Nvidia GeForce Now Twitter account posted a lineup of games that players can expect to see in January 2022. Genshin Impact isn't listed among them, but the tweet states that it will be available sometime in 2022.The beta is only made available for PC players via the GeForce Now PC app for the time being. Whether the beta will be available for other supporting devices, Travelers will likely wait for the game's full release to explore Teyvat again.To view if you have access to the limited beta, access the GeForce Now app on your PC and search for the game. If they have an existing miHoYo account, they should play the limited beta.The announcement comes only a few days after Nvidia’s extensive CES 2022 show, where the company revealed the latest and greatest in GPU technology and other upcoming games for its services. In addition to Genshin Impact, GeForce NOW will support Battlefield 4: Premium Edition and Battlefield V: Definitive Edition starting this week, as well as Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction when it launches on January 20.According to Nvidia's FAQ page on the GeForce Now service, players must own the game in order to play it: "Yes, you need to own or purchase a game from one of the supported game stores before playing it on GeForce NOW. The service also supports almost 100 of the most popular free-to-play games."
